Hey there! I’m Becca.

I’ve been living in Colorado for nearly a decade. I got my start as a mountain guide, where I taught kids essential outdoor and survivalist skills. I spent many nights under the stars before deciding to move on to another career.

I then obtained a B.S. in Biology and a secondary degree in Respiratory Therapy. I worked as a Respiratory Therapist in a busy Denver hospital for a few action-packed years, but a more holistic lifestyle was calling me back. After having my son, I found a passion for helping women and families in one of the most exciting and challenging times - postpartum.

I have first hand experienced the ups and downs of postpartum, even struggling with postpartum anxiety and depression. With the support of doulas, friends, and family, I found my way, and I know you will too.

I believe food and the outdoors are medicine. I also believe in your parenting, whatever it might look like. You know your body and baby best. I am here to support that in any way I can.

These days, my family enjoys spending our free time together. Whether that means going on a hike or simply walking around the neighborhood, we love to get out there and soak up the sun.
