Empowering your postpartum journey with care and compassion.

Postpartum Doula Service

  • Recover.

I'm here to support you through your recovery with gentle care and guidance. Together, we’ll navigate the non-medical healing process, from managing physical discomfort to understanding your body’s needs. My goal is to help you feel strong, supported, and empowered as you recover.

  • Nourish.

I can assist by preparing wholesome, nutritious meals that support your body’s recovery. I am also available to pick up groceries and your favorite snacks. My goal is to make sure you’re well-fed and nourished, so you can focus on bonding with your baby and enjoying this precious time.

  • Bond.

The postpartum period is such a special time to bond with your baby and your partner. I’ll support you in nurturing these important connections, whether through babywearing tips, creating a calm environment, or offering emotional support. My goal is to help you build a strong foundation of love, trust, and connection with your growing family.

  • Rest.

Rest is essential for both healing and your overall well-being, but I know it’s hard to come by with a newborn. I’m here to help you find the time and space to rest, offering respite care or sharing tips to improve your sleep. Together, we’ll prioritize your rest so you can feel rejuvenated and ready to take on each day.

Single parent and military spouse support

I have first hand experience caring for a newborn solo. My husband was away with the military while I was pregnant and postpartum. I understand the unique challenges that can arise from this and from parenting solo.
